An excellent value wine.

This wine is 100% barrell fermented in French oak. It has a lovely fruit/acid/oak balance with some nutty, cashew aromas from lees stirring. Intense flavours of citrus, melon & fig lead onto a long fine finish. A small tartaric acid sediment has caused us to cleanskin this wine. This has no effect on the wine except for aesthetics. The sediment stays in the bottle when pouring the last glass. Great as a house white at HALF our normal chardonnay price!!
