THE CULT OF 919 DURIF CONTINUES... 919 2010 Durif is the best we have ever made. Intensely inky dark, it has aromas of mulberry, black pepper and smoky spices. The palate is inky rich, black cherry, cinnamon and liquorice, powerful yet velvety and textural. Match with sweet cuts of beef or kangaroo, and finish matched with chocolate or mulberry pavlova. Cellar 10-15 years, but consume within 48 hours of opening.
