This is a lovely elegant Riesling, it shows true vvarietal and terrior characteristics. This Riesling has delicate grapefruit aromatics. On the palate it has vibrant lemon lime flavours with a balanced acid finish. This wine is delicious now and will conitnue to gain complexity with age.

The grapes were picked three weeks before the rest of the Riesling block and the fruit selected for this wine showed floral aromatics and hints of citrus flavours. The resulting wine has been made in an off-dry style which retains some of the natural fruit sugars in balance with the zesty mineral acidity. The resulting lower alcohol of 11 %/vol in the wine further heightens its refreshing character.
