*Just released* 2011 was a great year with beautiful ripening conditions. Our dry grown biodynamic vineyard speaks for itself. The The wine was fermented in small batches and barrel pressed. Matured with 25% new American oak. Minimal sulphur. No additives. Beautiful dark cherry fruit, hint of vanilla and spice. Well balanced with good acidity. Goes perfectly with Italian food and cheese.

Zinfandel or Primitivo (Italian name), is a full bodied wine that tastes of cherry and red fruit berries, with a hint of savoury spice and vanilla. Drinking beautifully now.
