A group of friends with over a 100 years combined experience in the wine industry came together in 2002 and created Poverty Hill Wines, which produces premium, award-winning Riesling, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Shiraz.
Located in the Eden Valley region of South Australia, Poverty Hill Wines was given a 5-star rating and named as one of the 10 Best New Wineries in the 2008 edition of James Halliday's Australian Wine Companion.

Winery Region: Eden Valley, SA
Premium Riesling fruit was selected from Stuart Woodman’s 100 year old vineyards to produce this estate grown Riesling. The grapes were handpicked and allowed to ripen to develop the aromatic lime characters that are distinctive of the Eden Valley region. This wine has exceptional aging potential, it can be enjoyed now or cellared until 2016.
