Bianchet is a boutique operation based in the Yarra Valley with a focus on producing award-winning premium wines.
Bianchet's 1998 Chardonnay was awarded the trophy for Best White Wine in Show at the 2002 Victorian Wine Show, while the other varieties have won a plethora of awards in Australia.
Concentrating on cellar door and mailing list sales with some added sales to local restaurants means the winery focus is on premium wine production. There is little pressure to mass produce generic wines. Bianchet wines proudly reflect the region and the vineyard.
