2 wines rated 90+ points. The Sedona Estate vineyard in the picturesque Yea Valley was established in 1998 by Paul and Sonja Evans after a long search for what they considered to be the perfect site. Graceful red wines of impeccable quality have vindicated their search. The inaugural entrance of Sedona Estate into the James Halliday Australian Wine Companion in 2007 was rewarded with a five-star winery rating and the nomination of being one of the ten best new wineries in Australia.

Jean Paul's Vineyard is owned and operated by William de Castella, a direct descendant of Hubert, Paul and Francois de Castella, of Yarra Valley fame from the mid-1800s, and is Certified Organic/Biodynamic by NASAA (National Association for Sustainable Agriculture Australia, reg no 3465). The Vineyard produces small amounts of fruit which are made into truly distinctive wines.

In this pristine environment, without power or pollution, we create excellent quality wines, including Australia's only Cortese, a rare northern-Italian varietal described by The Age wine writer, Jeni Port, as one of the "Top Ten Cult Wines of Australia". Along with the white, Cortese, we also make a stunning Sauvignon Blanc, a very "moreish" Merlot and a spicy, cool-climate Shiraz.
