After making wine in 25 wine regions across 10 countries around the world, Jacques selected a farm near Parndana, Kangaroo Island and planted a diverse vineyard in the schist and clay soils.
Kangaroo Island is often described as "Australia's Galapagos" and is an island of immense natural beauty. Its rugged isolation provides an
ecological haven for wildlife while the island's ample sunshine, offset by constant cooling maritime breezes, helps create an ideal environment for grape-growing.
