This wine is straw yellow in colour. Aromas of tropical fruit with dried pear and apple delight. Nuances of grass and snow pea characters, typical of Margaret River Semillon, lift the aromatics and add to the perception of freshness. The palate is sweet, rich and succulent with vibrant tropical fruit and honeysuckle flavours. Lime flavours add brightness and a hint of vanillan oak adds complexity. A crisp dry finish reflects a balance of fruit and acid.
