Fine Rosé is made all over the world from a range of varieties and we’re not hung up which one we use. We prefer to walk the vines, taste the fruit, and decide which has the balance of flavour, tannin, and acid to make the fresh, crisp dry style we prefer. In 2009 that was Tempranillo, in 2010 it’s Cabernet. ‘The Floozie’ has fresh acidity, a touch of crunchy tannin on the finish, and is not sweet. ‘The Floozie’ flirts fabulously with Pissaldière, Chinese BBQ pork, Dim Sum or baked goats cheese.
