Our premium Semillon was crafted with less oak influence than past vintages. This has allowed the powerful fruit to shine through. A rich light-straw colour, and a nose with hints of citrus and apples. The palate has a full mouth-feel, lightly oaked which adds subtle smoky-cedar character combining with powerful citrus and ripe-green apple flavours for a balanced mix. Good length and a smooth clean finish. Matches beautifully with seafood.

An ice-reduction non-sticky wine with a vibrant pale gold colour and a bouquet and flavour reminiscent of pineapple and dried apricots. These initial flavours give way to a long, lingering finish of clean tangy citrus.Serve chilled with sharp or vintage blue cheeses in lieu of dessert or indulge with a pannecotta or a creamy brulee. Also incredible as an aperitif over crushed ice on a hot day. Marsanne and Murrumbateman, a great combination as it turns out. This is a complex but elegant white. A great food wine, even for cuisine where a white might normally fear to tread. Restrained on the nose, fantastic in the mouth, what more can I say?
