This is a full bodied, cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon. It has been aged for 12 months in French oak. The colour is dark cherry with purple tinges.
The nose is intense and fruity, dominated by berries, plums and mint. The palate is rich and complex and fills the mouth with sweet berries, licorice and chocolate. The finish is long and dry with fine tannins.

2013 Shiraz

This is a premium quality, medium-full bodied cool climate Shiraz from the outstanding 2013 vintage. It has been aged for 9 months in French oak barriques.
The colour is a rich purple/red. Raspberry and blackcurrant aromas on the nose combine with pepper, plums and chocolate on the palate to produce a complex, mouth-filling wine. The finish is long and dry with crisp acidity. This wine will reward at least 3-4 years cellaring, and will last for many more.
