Our Cabernet is deep crimson in colour with brick red hues, and displays capsicum, tomato leaf and herbaceous characteristics, with hints of black pepper and aniseed on the nose. The palate is fruit driven, balanced and well rounded. The light tannins complement the dark cherries and minced fruits with a beautiful length of finish. Our Shiraz is dark red with violet hues, with aromas of mulberry and blackberry fruits, with a hint of spice and white pepper. It is well-structured and balanced with light tannins, and has great fruit characters with a persistence of flavour. The berry and spice aromas are beautifully complemented with wonderful flavours of spicy plum, cherry and dark berries that linger on the palate.
